Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of sizes 300mm X 450mm X 8mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Supplying and fixing of M.S. " L "ANGLES of approved design fortruss using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers which should be fixed to "truss" inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannotbe released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supply and fixing of Puff roof panels made up of minimum 0.50mm thick PPGI Corrugated sheet at the top over plain sheet at the bottom with a layer of rigid CFC Free Polyurethene Foam (PUF) of density 40kg +2kg/cm as insulation in between.The polyurethene foam shall conform to latest IS 12436.The minimum thickness PU foam layer shall be 49mm for 50mm thick PUF Panel .The PPGI sheet shall be of minimum 240 MP & Steel garde and shall have a zinc coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992,5-7 Micros of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat of 18-19 micros of one side/outer side.The PPGI sheet/PUF panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 micros to avoid scratche tc finished panels during transfortation ,providing ridges or hips of with plain G.S Sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks ,bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers etc,complete excluding the cc of trusses ,purlines inclusive of cutting to the shape where ever required.
