Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor) i) Square Column

ii) Grade Beam

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 Using 20mm and down grade hard broken granite Stone jelly for all RCC items of works with mimimum cement contenet of 325 kg /cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 incluting admixtur (plasticier /super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workabillity without imparing strength and durabillity with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum),5156 kg of 10- 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670kg of sand but excluting cost of reinforcedment grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but incluting laying vibrating with machine vibrating ,finishing ,curring ,etc,,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor /roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., compete complying with standard specificaton and as directed by the departmental officer -The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payments will be made by the depatment for the excess usage of materials )

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Ready mix plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Supplying and fixing M.S.grill to doors, special windows and ventilators etc as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one of cost red oxide and fixing in position etc., complete (as per the schedule of rate) SL.NO.182 Q3

Painting the new iron work in all floor two coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and brand over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of breshes and neat finishing complying with stadard specifications

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Supplying and Fixing of Aluminium Dye Cast Letters of approved size and colour. The colour treatment process is achieved with MRF colour coat and then the processed coloured layer is set into the kiln for the heat treatment process for the following size.Tamil Brass Letters (20)CM
