Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed for steel roads for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Upto Basement

Ground Floor

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement,two sand and four aggregate) mix using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Special Ceiling Plastering and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, conopies, staircase steps , etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) mix to 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement three sand) mix to 12mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement paint two coats using best approved colour and quality cement paint in all floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scafolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Finishing the top of flooring with granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete .

Centering for soffits of RCC slab for plain surface like lintels, beams etc., including strutting 3m height using mild steel sheet of size 90cm x 55cm and B4 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced atabout 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm – 13cm dia spaced of 75 c/c complying including all charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part m.sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.
