Providing and laying Priming coat 7Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete.

Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 50.30kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providind and laying Hot Applied Thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beadsas per IRC :35, The finshed surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes including all charges etc, complete

Earthwork excavation for foundation and depositing on Bank with metal lead of 10m and initial of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton,hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including all labour charges etc.complete as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23& 24 VI (S2),VII 9,10

Plain Cement concrete of 1:4:8 mix (one part of cement and four part of M sand and eight part of aggregate) using hard granite stone jelly of 40mm gauge for foundation levelling course,including shuttering,dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including the cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing concrete and curing etc. complete as per MORTH Specifications 1006,1007,1008,1010,1015 and 1700.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per MORTH Specification 1500. for drain

Deck slab

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, Two part M sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position TMTsteel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete as per TNDSS NO: 86

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.

Finishing the top of flooring with granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete.
