The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least 5 years of experience in the Civil Engineering construction field, specifically from 2020-21 to 2024-25. They should also have completed Block topping Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025) for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 250% (Two and Half times) of the Estimate/Package value put to tender in a Financial year in the preceding three years. The details of the work, including the type and nature of work, location, employer/owner, value of work, agreement number, and stipulated period of contract, should be provided. The actual value of work executed as per the final payment and the quality of work done should also be mentioned. The bidder should indicate whether the work is "Satisfactorily Completed." For specific degree holders, the experience requirements are: - For a B.E Civil (or) equivalent degree holder: 5 years of experience (or) not less than two retired Sub Divisional Officer (Assistant Executive Engineer or Assistant Divisional Engineer). - For a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering: 2 years of experience (or) Four Retired Junior Engineers.
