Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20 mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 425 kg/m³ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 m³) 7730 Kg. of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 m³) 5156 kg. of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 m³) 7670 Kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete.

Providing and fixing bitumen tar pad including cost and conveyance of expansion joints, shallimar pad and jointing seal lands and fixing them in position etc. complete as per standard specification as directed by Engineer in charge.(M-0662)

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc complete complying with SS20B. TNDSS No:23&24

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications. Cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 (one part of cement three part of sand and six part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification. TNDSS No:24

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite, stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m³ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 m³) 7730 Kg. of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 m³) 5156 Kg. of 10 - 12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 m³) 7670 Kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of anchor plate of size 600 x 300 x 16 mm thick, 20 mm dia 750 mm length anchor bolt

Supply and fixing of SHS pipe for truss work including welding charges, cost and conveyance and all other charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing of ISMB and ISMC pipe for truss work including welding charges, cost and conveyance and all other charges etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of roofing with galvaline Sheet 0.47 mm thick of approved quality by drilling hole (and not by punching) with necessary J/U bold and nut of 8 mm Ø of suitable length providing one set of bitumen washer at 25 mm Ø and 1.60 mm thick for each bold and nut including protruding portion of bold and nut shall be covered with bitumen compound etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge. TNBP NO.49.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc), (anti skid) of 20 mm thick of approved special quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and three part of sand) 20 mm. Thick using river sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/m² and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/m² including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
