Supply and fabrication of steel using TMT rods for all Reinforced cement concrete works including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for cuting, bending and placing the rod in position and tying up the rods with binding wire and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification SS 86 7 & 3, 86A V, VI & VII

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 Using 20mm and down grade hard broken granite Stone jelly for all RCC items of works with mimimum cement contenet of 325 kg /cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 incluting admixtur (plasticier /super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workabillity without imparing strength and durabillity with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum),5156 kg of 10- 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670kg of sand but excluting cost of reinforcedment grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but incluting laying vibrating with machine vibrating ,finishing ,curring ,etc,,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor /roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., compete complying with standard specificaton and as directed by the departmental officer -The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payments will be made by the depatment for the excess usage of materials )

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one cement, three sand) 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and fixing M.S.grill to doors, special windows and ventilators etc as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one of cost red oxide and fixing in position etc., complete (as per the schedule of rate) SL.NO.182 Q3

A)  Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with Vertified tiles of approved make and quality and clour of size 600x600x8mm in cement mortor 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement including finishing jointing and polishing with glossy finish etc complete as per std specification

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete

Collection supply and filling of Stone Dust of approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges for filling etc., Complete.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Painting the new iron work in all floor two coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and brand over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of breshes and neat finishing complying with stadard specifications

Painting the old iron work in all floor two coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and brand over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of breshes and neat finishing complying with stadard specifications

Charges for conducting Geophysical survey to lcate favorable point for drilling borewell point including cost of transformation of machinery and labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Approved local rate)

Drilling of 12" dia vertical borewell so as to have afinished size of 6" dia borewell in boulder area to anyrequired depth as decided by the TWAD Board Officersincluding Transportation from one place to anothr placewith in Tamilnadu State by direct or reverse rotary mudcirculation method using Contractor's rig tools, fuel,labourers, bentonite mud and water required for drillingat the site shown by the TWAD Officers includingconstruction of mud pit etc. using only calyx rigs. Laboar charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in Borewell including fixing jointing submersible cable with proper clamps up to starter to required depth ande also fixing of riser pipes to the recquired depth valves erection clamps,pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter,Ammeter,Three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor,Water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days
