The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of a certain value in a single contract in the last five years, which is a percentage of the Value put to tender. Specifically, the bidder should have completed at least one work in civil construction of water/wastewater related to Rs.4.00 crores in a single contract in the last five years, which is 50% of the value put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have minimum aggregate experience of pipe laying work in water supply or sewerage system during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 300 m, and minimum experience of constructing and commissioning a sewerage treatment plant up to one secondary stage or any water or wastewater treatment plant of capacity not less than 0.015 MLD, with a minimum of 1.00 MLD. The bidder should also have minimum capacity of pump set, having supplied, erected, and commissioned at least one pump set during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 3 HP, 5 HP. The bidder should also have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude within a period of Five years. The Average Annual Turnover for the last five financial years should be a percentage of the Value put to tender, specifically 25% of the Value put to tender. The bidder is required to have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during each of the previous Five financial years. The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract shall not exceed 15% of the contract value and total sub-contracted work shall not exceed 60% of the contract value. The bidder's assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A*N*1.5) – B, and the bid security should be 10% of the value put to tender.
