Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix 10mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One cement and Five sand) mix 12 mm thick including finishing cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges watering, curing and and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing the wall glazed tiles of size 305mm x 200mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour 1set in cement mortor 1:2 (one cement and two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID UPVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: UPVC door frames made out of best quality UPVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and UPVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an "A" section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware INDIAN WATER CLOSET with "P" and "S" trap with double flapped sheet cover with brace hinges and 10 Liter capavity PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings in position with 40mm brick jelly concrete 1:2:5 mix (one lime, two sand and five brick jelly) and finishing the top with a required slope and incluiding giving connection to the AC soil straks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and rejoining the same to the original condition without any leakage etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (6 points per coil) SD-20

Supply and fixing in position of RCC Jolly 50mmtk including cost and conveyance of all material to site and all other labour charges for fixing etc., Complete.

Supply and fixing of 18W 4 Feet LED fitting with LED fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu. tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting

Painting two coats with approved Pastic Emulson paint over one priming coat New Wall surface and ceiling including cost of one priming coat, Cost of all materials, all labour charges, brushes etc, complete as per Standard Specification

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading,unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregate ) using 20mm ISS size hard broken granite metal for foundation and flooring including de-watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm. thick to required thickness , including cost and conveyance of materials to work site & labour charges complete with standard specifications
