Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement,four fine aggreagates and height eight coarse aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conyeance of all materials to site and including charges such as water Providing etc Complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 350Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Plastering in Cement mortar 1:5(one cement five crushed stone sand)using 12 mm thick including cost of conveyance of materials and labours charges etc.., complete as per standard specifications (MoRTH Specification :Clause :1000/1300)

Plastering in Cement mortar 1:3 (one cement four crushed stone sand)using 10 mm thick including cost of conveyance of materials and labours charges etc.., complete as per standard specifications (MoRTH Specification :Clause :1000/1300)

  Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

TERRACE FLOORING WITH HYDRAULIC PRESSED TILES OF SIZES 20*20*2CM LAID IN C.M 1:3

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint S.I.358 plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat,including through scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc and complete and including necessary plaster of pairs of,putty,wherever required including cost snd conveyance of all materials and all labours charges etc..,complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department officers.TNBP No:66-A(SI.NO;358).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and sction using 18 GI sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxied primer and the rate is inclusing og hood covers,tranparating charges etc..,Manual operated (up to 8 m2 area)

Painting two coats of approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint,painting over new ironic work including cost snd conveyance of all materials and all labours charges etc..,complete as per standard specification and as directed by the department officers.(New iron surface).TNBP NO:66&66-A

Paving the floor with descrgned coloured vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M- Sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.
