Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four part Sand and Eight part Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers (TNBP No.28).

Supplying & Erecting of steel centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ). Vibrated Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One part cement, one and half part sand and Three part aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification ( TNBP No:30) Below GL Upto 1.5 m

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Refilling the outside of the well with excavated earth (other then sand) complying with standard specification for filling the foundation including watering consolidation etc., complete as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supplying and fixing of encapsulated P.V.C. steps inside the well including other incidential and operational charges etc.

Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20B for laying of pipe line works having bed width of 1.25m and below on linear measurement basis and as directed by TWAd Board Officers

Supply and Delivery of 6KSC 200 MM Dia PVC pipes as per IS 4985/2000 including cost of transportation charges to stockyard anywhere in Tamilnadu but excluding cost of Unloading, stacking at stock yard and Conveyance from stock yard to site. GST extra applicable as per GO

Lowering of 200mm 6KSC PVC pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the TWAD Officers.

Testing of P.V.C. pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water @ Rs. 60/KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes.

Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) complying with standard specifications for filling the foundations including watering & consolidation etc. complete as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Supply and Delivery of PVC Specials including other incidential and operational charges etc.

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging 300lpm x 20m head -1HP. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947 and IEC 947 suitable KW rating for operation in AC/single Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 415 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).

Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade 3 core PVC insulated 2.5 sq.mm copper flat submersible cable as per IS 694/1990 and with ISI marking of reputed make for submersible motor erected in the bore well.

Supply and delivery of GI pipes and specials as per relevant IS specification for Bore well listed below inserting GI Pipe pipe in wall, cement patch up etc, and as per drawing enclosed including cutting and threading of pipes. 150 mm GI Pipe

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.
