Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per Kilogram.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best Second Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Special Plastering in C.M. 1 : 3 ( One cement, three sand) to 10 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Plastering in C.M. 1 : 5 (1 cement 4 sand)to 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified tiles (Morbonite Tiles ) of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Floor Finishing First Quality Design Ceramic tiles of All colours of sizes 305mm x 305mm x 6mm. laid in cm 1:3 mix 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/sqm including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface etc complete

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed design tiles of size set in Cement Mortar 1:2 ( One cement, two sand) 10mm thick and pointed with the same colour cement including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges complete as per standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of PVC Solid Doors with Necessay Accessories and Locking Arrangements including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two Coats Weather sealed Exterior emulsion Paint as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills for Windows, with one coat of Red oxide Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification. including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer & ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary with power drill to the accessories such as supplying and fixing holdfasts, plastic bush inserts receiver runner bottom shock absorbers etc. and Steel Door Complete as Directed by the Departmental Officer.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The Make, Quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the engineer in charge before use on works ) ( TNSS NO or NBC No 61 V VI (54) 3)

ELECTRICAL WORKS

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light Point for electronic regulator. (Assume 5 Points Per Coil) (SD-25)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking FT wall socket and 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. (SD-38)

Wiring with 2 x 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet for 15 A 3 pin non interlocking FT wall socket and 15A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed power plug point. (SD-40)

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DP switch with metal glad of 500V with fuse and neutral ( side handle) on suitable TW box PWD earthing (SD. NO 141)

Supply and Fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase Service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper Flat) on TW Plank of Size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with Supporting TW Reepers of 1" thick an either side with Painting with Suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW Plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB Meter to Fuse Unit (SD No :125)

PLUMBING WORKS

Supplying laying and jointing PVC Pipes of approved quality and best varity of B Class pipe of the following sizes including fixing G.I specials but excluding cost of such specials cutting threading of pipes and fixing to wall with necessary teak wood plugs, clamps and screws masking holes on the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the dismandled portions to original conditions with necessary brick work and concrete and plastering where ever necessary with necessary scafolding charges. The pipes are to be painted with two coats of good variety and best approved quality of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red-oxide primer etc., complete.

Supplying and Fixing in position best approved of BIS quality 110mm P.V.C Rain Water down fall pipe having a pressure of 4Kg / Sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe,PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails etc, and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc, complete. Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of 32mm Gun Metal Gate Valve (Heavy type) with I.S.I.mark of the following sizes including cost of Shellac , thread etc,.including labour for cutting and threading of G.I.Pipes etc.,complete complying with standard specifications for both internal and external water Supply arrangements.

Supply and fixing of CI Nahini / Floor Trap with stainless Steel Gratings - 100 mm x 75 mm including all charges etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm of Orissa type of approved quality with 'P' or 'S' trap with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 ; 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismandling masonry / RCC works and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
