RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying & Erecting of steel centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Paving the flooring with Granite slab (super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 4'0" x 2'0" and above, 18/20mm thick of Jet black set in cement motor 1:3 (one cement three sand), 20mm thick and top pointed with colour cement etc, complete in all floors.

Supplying, fabrication and erection of 125mm x 75mm Indian standard Steel I Section including cutting, Drilling holes, welding, and fixing in possition of Base plates wherever necessary etc complete as per standard specification. Supplying and fixing in position Steel Truss using 65 x 65 x 6mm size M.S angle section including cutting to required length and welding suitable size mild steel plates and drilling holes wherever necessary for roofing sheet etc., complete with standard specification. Supplying and fixing in position 40 x 40 x 6mm M.S angle section for roofing Purlins including cutting to required length and welding suitable size mild steel plates and drilling holes wherever necessary for roofing sheet etc., complete with standard specification. Supplying and fixing in position 12mm M.S Plate including cutting to required length and welding suitable size mild steel plates and drilling holes wherever necessary for roofing sheet etc., complete with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Aluminium coated. sheet roofing with 6mm thick sheets of approved quality by drilling holes (and not by punching) with necessary ‘J’ / ‘U’ bolts and nuts of 8mm dia. of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protruding portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and fixng of TNEB Moter Board suitable for 3 Phases 100A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1 1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1 1/2 feet of 12mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 Nos 100A fuse units (500V) 1 No. Neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1" x 1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 7/16 PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete SD 125

Service Pipe standard with an earth electrode of 2 Mtr. Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour SD 43

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Open light point / fan point (For electronic regulator)(SD.No.22)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter lockingWall socket with 5A Flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for Open PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DP Switch of 500V with metal clad with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board with PWD Earthingincluding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete asper std. specifications. (SD 143)

Supply and run of 2 of 6 sq.mm (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains of approved quality including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification (SD 66)

Supply and fixing of 30W LED Street Light Fitting with LED of approved make including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification. (Item No.17 -c)

Providing and fixing Stainless steel hand rail made out of 50.8mm dia stainless steel tube of 1.6m thick to a height of 1.20m from floor level supported by 38.10mm dia 1.6mm thick verticals at 1m centres connected with 4 Nos of 25.4mm dia horizontal stainless steel tubes including fixing the base cup RCC slabs rigidly including polishing and buffing etc, complete in all floors.
