R.C.C Ladder should be made of two ribs of size 0.075 x 0.075 at 30mm c/c. The concrete should be of M20, 8mm RTS rod 4 nos. Painting two coats new iron work for doors, windows and ventilators using iron bars, window grills weld mesh screen in opt courtyard etc., with two coat synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and color including priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing MS grill to doors windows and ventilators etc. using 20mm x 6mm as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill and labour charges including one coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete (as per schedule of rates) as per standard specification

Provision for GI pipe connection arrangements for inlet outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete as per standard specification.
