Paving the floor with Plain/Design Ceramic tiles ( Colour and shade as directed ) of Stain Free Nano Polish Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of cm 1:3 mix 20mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement ( white cement mixed with colouring pigment ) neatly and fixed in position so as to make it perfectly smooth and shining,to the alignment etc.complete complying with standared specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use in the works

Dadooing with glazed tiles of 300mm*200mm*6mm size of approved quality and colour set in c.m 1:2mix (one cement and two sand) 10 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg /m2 neatly as directed -including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per SS

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc.), (anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved special quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20 mm.

Supply and fixing of Granite slabs (Super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 4'x2' and above 18mm to 20mm thick. laid over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3mix 20mm thick and pointed with white cement and pigment of suit the colour of stones and polished neatly as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with spag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.
