Paving the floor with Plain/Design Ceramic tiles ( Colour and shade as directed ) of Stain Free Nano Polish Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of cm 1:3 mix 20mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement ( white cement mixed with colouring pigment ) neatly and fixed in position so as to make it perfectly smooth and shining,to the alignment etc.complete complying with standared specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use in the works

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc, complete as per standard specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V,VI (S3) VII-3

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of position of Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish sliding windows in all floors with sliding arrangements and gutter arrangements so as a drain the water entering. For two track windows the outer frames being made with Aluminium Extruded track sections of size 62 x 37 x 1.50 mm @ 1.218 kg/m at bottom and section of 62 x 31.5 x 1.50 mm @ 0.778 kg/m for Top and vertical frames. For Three track windows the outer frames being made with Aluminium extruded track sections of size 92.34 x 39 x 1.50 mm @ 1.637 kg/m at bottom and section of 92.34 x 39 x 1.50 mm @ 1.066 kg/m for top and vertical frames. For four track windows the outer frames being made with Aluminium extruded track sections of size 123.02 x 29.70 x 1.50 mm @ 1.502 kg/m at bottom and section of 123.02 x 29.70 x 1.50 @ 1.294 kg/m for top and vertical frames. The shutters shall be made out of Aluminium extruded sections of 40 x 18 x 1.50 mm @ 0.38 kg/m for the top, 40 x 148 x 1.5 mm @ 40 x 18 x 1.50 mm @ 0.493 kg/m for the bottom and vertical and with 40 x 29 x 1.50 mm @ 0.632 kg/m for the vertical lock style. The panels shall be using suitable rubber beadings. The rate shall be inclusive

Granolithic Floor finishing with Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, two parts of sand and four parts of ISS HBG metal) mix using 10mm to 12mm ISS size HBG metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of apprved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per SS
