The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of Rs. 4.60 lakhs in a single contract in the last five years, which is 25% of the value put to tender. Additionally, the bidder's average annual turnover for the last five financial years should be 25% of the value put to tender. The bidder should also have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during each of the previous five financial years. Specifically, the bidder should have: - Minimum aggregate experience of pipe laying work in water supply or sewerage system during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 2800M. - Minimum experience of constructing and commissioning a sewerage treatment plant up to one secondary stage or any water or wastewater treatment plant of capacity not less than 0.015 MLD, with a minimum of 1.00 MLD. - Minimum capacity of pump set should have supplied, erected, and commissioned at least one pump set during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 3 HP, 5 HP. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work in civil construction of water/wastewater related to Rs.4.60 crores in a single contract in the last five years. This is equivalent to 50% of the value put to tender. Sub-contractors should have experience of successfully completing and commissioning of at least two works of similar nature and magnitude to the work to be sublet during the last 5 years. The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract shall not exceed 15% of the contract value and total sub-contracted work shall not exceed 60% of the contract value. The bidder's prior work experience is required to be in similar works executed for Central/State Government Departments/Quasi Government Organizations and Government Undertakings, or Private Organizations. The experience should be documented in Annexure III, which includes details such as contract number, project name, description of work, employer's name and address, contract value, and completion dates. The bidder is also required to provide their annual construction turnover data for the last five financial years, including the average annual construction turnover, as documented in Annexure II. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature and magnitude, with a total monetary value of civil engineering works in the last five financial years, as documented in Annexure I. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Performance of the Bidder showing value of Civil Engineering work for the past Five years (Annexure - I) - Average Annual Construction Turnover (Civil engineering work) for the last Five financial years (Annexure - II) - Experience in works of similar nature and Magnitude within a period of 5 financial years (Annexure - III) The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 25% of the value put to tender for average annual turnover - 25% of the value put to tender for a single contract - 50% of the value put to tender for civil construction of water/wastewater related projects - 15% of the contract value for sub-contracted work under any sub-contract - 60% of the contract value for total sub-contracted work - Rs. 4.60 lakhs for a single contract - Rs. 4.60 crores for civil construction of water/wastewater related projects - 2800M for pipe laying work - 0.015 MLD for sewerage treatment plant capacity - 1.00 MLD for water or wastewater treatment plant capacity - 3 HP, 5 HP for pump set capacity.
