The bidder should have at least five years of experience in the Civil Engineering construction field, specifically from 2020-21 to 2024-25. They should have completed Cement Concrete Road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years (2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025) for a Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. Additionally, they should have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 250% of the Estimate/Package value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding three years. They should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender. The bidder should provide a certificate issued by the Engineer-in-charge for each of the works, mentioning details such as the type and nature of work, location, value of work, and quality of work done. The value and percentage of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the value put to tender. If the tender rate is less than 5% to 15% of the estimated amount, the contractor shall pay an additional security deposit of 2% of the estimated amount. If the tender rate is less than 15% of the estimated amount, the contractor shall pay an additional security deposit of 50% of the difference between the quoted amount and the estimated amount. The bidder should not have abandoned any work of similar nature and magnitude in the last five years, and none of the contracts awarded to them should have been terminated or rescinded due to breach of contract on their part during the last five years.
