Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12-1/2 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the required finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden, beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling jaggery and lime water etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using best quality Fly Ash Bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12 mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Floor finishing with fully vitified tilles using best quality of fully vitified tiles of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm over the base plastering cement mortar 1:3 mix, 20mm thick pointing with using white cement 4kg/10sq.mt. inculing cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges. Etc. complete.

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles of size 300mm X 450mm X8mm size of approved make and quality and colour 1set in cement morter 1:2 ( one cement two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed

Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S window outer frame will be 25 x 25 x 3mm angle, the side frame with outer bars and M.S Sheets 1.60mm thick 20gauge MS sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolt, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing UPVC Casement type doors of approved design and as directed by the departmental officers including cost of all materials and labour charges and cost of one coat of red oxide primer with labour charges for priming coat etc. complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supplying and fixing M.S. Grill Door,Window, Ventilator of approved design and as directed by the departmental officers including cost of MS Ventilator, labour charges and cost of one coat of red oxide primer with labour charges for priming coat etc. complete complying with standard specifiction.

Supply and Fixing og PVC Solid Doors Using 19gauge 19mm MS Sq, Tube for style and frames, 15mm MS Sq.Tube for to, lock and Bottom rails. The steel Tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solit PVC Sheet for Panelling shall rigidly fixed in position includisng furniture and fitting. The over all size of stlys shall be 50mm X 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and botom rail shall be 50mm X 45mm with suitable tablete for housing the shutter etc, complete as per standard specification.

Painting with ready Mixd enamel Paint over the old iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc., complete, in all floors.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved quality and make white glazed earthen ware oriya type Indian water closet of size 580 mm with P or S trap embedding the closet and trap to shape in position with brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one lime two sand and five brick jelly) using 40 mm broken brick jelly and finishing the top to required slope and including giving connections to the PVC soil stacks using 600mm length of 100mm dia CI pipe by dismantling masonry, RCC roof or floor slabs and making good, the disturbed portion to original condition without and leakage etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications (The water closet P or S trap are to be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and fixing in position White Glazed Europen Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm 'P' os 'S' trap with double flapped rigit P.V.C. seat cover with C.P. brass hinges with 12.5 litres PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fitting etc.. complete complaying with standard spoecification, labor inclusive of fixing lowlevel flusing tank

Wiring with 2 x 22/0.3mm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with TW switch box and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point ( 5 points / coil) (SD24)

Wiring with 2 x 22/0.3mm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with TW switch box to house the fan regulator and control switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed fan point (5 points / coil) (SD24) (For Electrical Regulator)

Wiring with 2 x 22/0.3mm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with TW switch box of 150mm x 100mm x 113mm for5 5A 3 pin nin-interlocking flush type CS plug with continuous earthwire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for cealed plug point. Supply and fixing of 4'40 W single industrial type flu.fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from the terminals to the fitting with flu.tube. (SD89)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic regulator with 300mm down rod on other existing clamp.(SD 106)
