The bidder should have completed building works of a similar nature in their own name, in a single agreement, for a value of not less than Rs. 114.00 Lakhs. They should have also completed at least one similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 114.00 Lakhs. Additionally, they should have satisfactorily completed works of similar nature and size for each of the qualifying period. The bidder should have been in the Building works of Similar Nature field for at least the past Five years. They should have satisfactorily completed civil works of similar nature in their own name in a single agreement for a value of not less than Rs. 57.00 Lakhs, which is 50% of the Value of work put to tender, in any one of the last five years. They should have also achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs. 114.00 Lakhs, which is 100% of the value of work put to tender. The experience of the bidder to the extent of work done as a Sub-contractor in the past and duly certified by the owner of the project will be considered. The bidder should have completed specific quantities of work, including Plain Cement Concrete, R.C.C., Wet Mix Macadam, Stainless Steel Handrails, Reinforcement steel bar, and Centering Materials. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the lead partner should meet not less than 50% of the qualifying criteria, and other partners should meet individually not less than 25% of qualifying criteria, and all partners should collectively meet 100% of the qualification criteria. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 57.00 Lakhs (50% of the value of work put to tender) and Rs. 114.00 Lakhs (100% of the value of work put to tender).
