Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five P-sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete.

Floor finish with Granolithic flooring 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour for mixing laying and finishing smooth as directed by departmental Engineers and as standard specification.

Supplying and fixing M.S doors, Using MS angles, 20mmx6mm flat, as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete

Supplying and fixing of RCC Jally including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime ( no sand to be used ) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jaggery water etc,. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Finishing the top of Roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size ( 23x23x2 cm ) approved quality in C.M. 1:3 - 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compoud confirming to IS @ 2 % by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc,. complete complying with Standard Specification

Plastering with CM 1:3 (One part of cement & three parts of P-sand)mix for 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:30,56&57

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for Istaging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paintas per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.
