Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and Three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification( TNBP No:30)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel andn G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire).

Supplying and erecting Steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using milkd steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of iron vertical post / iron Trusses and iron purlin made with required size tube / Angle / I section andm.s. plate is used as gueset plate is needed at top of the same post and necessary holes are provided at the base plate and gueset plate at an appropriate places, the iron post is erected vertically in correct alignment position used with hydralic power crane and the post embeded on the R.C.C. Concrete bed and tightend with base plate in anchor rod using with heavy type nut, the rate including cost of materials, labour charges such as cutting, welding, drilling, power consumption charges etc complete., and the iron members are painted with one coat of anti corrosive at sincromat primer and with two coat of best enamal paint, and loading and unloading charges conveyance and any other I.C. etc., complete., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Galvalium corrugated sheet of 0.50mm thick of approved quality and best variety with necessary ridge sheet and rate including cost of necessary bolt, nut, washers, etc., complete and erecting the Galvanished Sheet in correct alignment in position used with hydraulic power crane or necessary scoffolding etc., and the rate is including cost of Loading, unloading, Transportation charge and any other I.C etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Fixing of Stone Bench with Chair type and fully dressed stone of Size length 1.50 m Breadth,0.45 m Total Height 0.80 m Including Cost and Conveyance of All materials and Labour charges etc., Completed

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Supplying and fixing in position of Name board by using the M.S. square pipe of size 25 x 25mm alround the name board and intermediate vertical pipe is same as above. 1mm Aluminium Sheet is fixing on the top of M.S. pipe and the name board and printed flex cloth is fixing on the name board etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost material, loading & unloading, Transportation charge and any other I.C. etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of sizes 300mm X 450mm X 8mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.
