The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Painting with exterior emulsion paint two coats with best approved brand and colour. The brand and colour should be got approved from the Exe. Engineer before use on works.

Painting with enamel paint over old iron work for Grill with two coats approved by I.S.I. paint to first quality as per the instructions of departmental officers over the existing priming coats in all floors. The make and colour of paint to be got approved by the departmental officers.
