RCC Slabs

Rein forced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc., Complete complying with standard specification in force per Kilogram.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Special Plastering in C.M. 1 : 3 ( One cement, three sand) to 10 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Floor Finishing First Quality Design Ceramic tiles of All colours of sizes 305mm x 305mm x 6mm. laid in cm 1:3 mix 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/sqm including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface etc complete

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed design tiles of size 305 x 200 x 6mm set in Cement Mortar 1:3 ( One cement, three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with the same colour cement including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of Solid PVC door shutters with frame using 19 guage 19mm Ms square tubes for styles and outer frame 15mm MS square tubes for top lock bottom rails. The steel square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutterrs using 5mm thicksolid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. the overall size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. the overall size of top rail, lock rail and bootom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. the ovrall size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rebate for housing the shutters. etc., complete complying with standard specification (TWAD SOR 2023-24 P.No.160)M-0391

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two Coats Weather sealed Exterior emulsion Paint as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Supplying and fixing in position White / Colour Glazed Model Floor Mounted European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC / 12.5 litres capacity porcelin low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings, such as, 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using indian adopter joint including all internal fittings, such as, 15mm bras connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The EWC and flushing tank with all accessories should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A FT switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) etc., complete as per standard specification (PWD ELECTRICAL DATA SD 24)
