Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of 2.5mm thick including refllectorising glass beads @ 250 grms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes etc., complete as per MORT & H Specification NO.803

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification. 20A

Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and errecting steel centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as Coloumn footing,Coloumn pedestals,plith beams, grade beams,staircase steps,etc which requires only nominal strutting using mild steel sheetsof size 90mm x60mm and 10Bg stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervels etc complete in all floors Complying with standard Specification( TNSS NO or NBC No 30(S) 86 86 A V, VI(S3)VII

Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 2 : 4 (One Cement two sand four aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One Part of cement, one and half Part of M- Sand and three Part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Drainage with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

MAINTENANCE

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD RODF(XXX) SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling and gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, desilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, Parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc, with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost

Clearing and Grubbing by Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, Shrubs, Stumps, Roots, Grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc complete as per Morth Specification 111, 112, 201.
