Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. Paving the floor with descrgned coloured vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M- Sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothalic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M- Sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

PVC Panelled door Shutters Hollow Type - 200mm x 20mm panels with 1mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flat including cost of necessary aluminium hinges and other furniture fittings

Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set in brick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with c.m. 1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage etc. complete.
