Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill Tress with Purlion of approved design for MS Pipe using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed to frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standared specifications.

Supply and fixing of best approved quality of Prepainted Galvalum Sheet 6mm thick including 15cm lapping for necessary J Bolt and nuts, Bitumen Washer and screw if wooden batterns using necessary trusses, purlins and ''U" or "J" bolts, nuts, screws, nails and bitumen washers including cost of labour and materials etc., complete complyingg with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats ready mixed Approved Exterior Emulsion of first quality and of approved colour over a primingcoat including through scarbing clan removel ofone coat of priming with best Cement paint as directed by the department officers etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris whever regd.(S.l.No.358) -10sqm complete. as per std., specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make colour glazed earthen ware Flat Back Urinal of approved quality including dismantling masonry if necessary and redoing the same to original condition etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.(SOR Item no.268,P.No.65)
