The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of a certain value in a single contract in the last five years, which is a percentage of the Value put to tender. Specifically, for civil construction of water/wastewater, the bidder should have completed at least one work of Rs.4.00 crores in a single contract in the last five years, which is 50% of the value put to tender. The bidder should also have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude within a period of Five years, including: - Minimum aggregate experience of pipe laying work in water supply or sewerage system during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 300 m. - Minimum experience of constructing and commissioning a sewerage treatment plant up to one secondary stage or any water or wastewater treatment plant of capacity not less than 0.015 MLD, with a minimum of 1.00 MLD. - Minimum capacity of pump set should have supplied, erected, and commissioned at least one pump set during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 3 HP, 5 HP. The bidder's prior work experience should be supported by performance certificates issued by the concerned organization, with specific requirements for experience in Central/State Government Departments/Quasi Government Organizations and Government Undertakings, as well as Private Organizations. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have: - Average Annual Turnover for the last five financial years should be 25% of the Value put to tender. - The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract shall not exceed 15% of the contract value and total sub-contracted work shall not exceed 60% of the contract value. The bidder should provide information on the contract number and name of the project, description of the work, name of the employer, value of the contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and reason for delay, if any, for each of the previous Five financial years.
