Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 m² over Wet Mix Macadam surface using of RS1 Emulsion Bitumen for 10 m² and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc complete. MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 & 900.

Providing and laying 50 mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 m³ of 26.50-13.20 mm, 0..25 m³ of 13.20-2.36 mm and 0.23 m³ of 2.36 mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 m² including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc, including labour for attending to paver at site etc, including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9 m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete. using CMP Clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30 - 40 mm thick using 0.13 m³ of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.17 m³ of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26 m³ of 2.36 and below with 50.30 Kgs of VG 30 / VG 40 bitumen for premixing per 10 m² including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc, including labour for attending to paver to site etc, including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 6 m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc complete. using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface proving and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 Gms / m² area thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. as per MORT&H specification No.803.

Collection, filling with conveyed gravel in layer of not more than 15 cm thick an average lead of 5km, including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of sand at site and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification. TNDSS No:301&305

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc complete complying with SS20B. TNDSS No:23&24

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification. Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications. Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one part of cement two part of sand and four part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. M A I N T E N A N C E

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Clearing and Grubbing by Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc complete as per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 201.
