Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one Part of cement, two Part of M- Sand and four Part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete terms of steel transporting straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding, welding, etc., including cost of binding wire M.S. chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials etc., complete cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Painting Two coats with approved plastic emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections.Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wallusing self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Painting new iron works with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of RCC Jally including cost and conveyance ofa ll materials and labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator) etc., complete cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification. Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 16 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.as per (SD 38)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for11W CFL lamp with CFL.(SD 83)

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains, cost including all costs etc,., complete as per standard specification. SD 65
