Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications. (TNDSS NO:31 & similar to 31C V, VI (S5) VII)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surface such as RCC Slab, Rectangular Beams, Tee (or) ELL Beams, Lintel Bed Block, Slabs, Landing Slabs, Beams Canopy, Side Slab (or) Square (or) Round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross branching using M.S. Sheets of size 80cm x 60cm and B.G. 10 stiffended with welded M.S. Angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joints of 10cm to 30cm to dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 thick 12mm including cost and conveyance of all labour and materials charges to site etc.. Complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 thick 10mm including cost and conveyance of all labour and materials charges to site etc.. Complete complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm finished thickness with c.m 1:2- and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete

Floor finishing with ceramic tiles of size 30cmx30cmx6mm finished thickness with c.m 1:3-20mm Tk and polished with same colour cement including allcost and convence of all meterials etc.,complete as per std.,specifications.

Supply and fixing in position 22" Indian type water closet with foot reset includes "P" (or) "S" trap including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., to complete as per std.,specifications.

Supplying delivery of 2000 lts PVC Tank including cost and conveyance of all other labour and materials charges to site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm. (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade insuitable heavy gauge MSconduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch Box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) SD-19

Supply of 63 mm dia PVC PIPE 6 Kg/cm2 including all cost and conveyance.

Conveying of PVC right pipe to trench with in a lead of 200m lowering in to a trench carefully laying to proper grad and alignment jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste and testing to the requited pressure including conveyance of water upto 1.00km

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand complying with standard specification.
