PART - B (ELECTRICAL WORKS): Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, tin bar, interconnections, powder painted\ including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level, 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS): Identification and locating of ground water points using modern scientific ground water identification techniques, Drilling of 140 mm dia bore holes to a depth of 37 to 48 Meter in any type of soil and getting out, supplying, transporting and lowering in raw bore wells pvc casing, strainer pipe of size 140mm outer dia,(: Ashirvad/Finolex/Supreme/True bore) lowering with vertical alignment including collecting samples from different data, preparing and submitting strata chart / bore log. Supplying and filling annular grading gravel fine/ medium/ coarse in required grading & size, in space between casing pipe and raw bore with requisite quantity of free size pebbles varying in size from 6mm to 10mm, developing and cleaning of bore wells location with air compressor of required capacity, flushing out until clear water comes out from the raw bore well, including supplying and fixing of 140 mm end cap, including all equipments, transport, materials, labours, compressors, using oil Engine / Galaxy type borewell drilling method and equipment etc, complete all as specified and directed. The development of borewell in accordance with IS 2800 part 1 and IS 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (Beyond permission limit).

Installation and commissioning of Submercible water pump including laying of 3 core X 4 sqmm Copper submersible flate cable from Submersible starter to Submersible motor through suitable PVC Pipe as required.

Bore well inner water delivery (40 mm nominal dia column pipe for heavy grade ( Ashirvad make blue colour code) as directed

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, ( Ashirvad/Finolex/ Supreme,True bore) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all suitable/requisite CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, includes necessary jointing of pipes, union, bend, coupler,reducer & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete following items including all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc complete as per directives of Engineer in Charge.
