Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1: 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured separately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for separately.

For Plain Surfaces upto 3.5m height

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 30 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 370 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 / Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in above plinth for compound wall using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry including bond stones of 2 Nos/Sq.m at 1.5 to 1.8 mtrs apart, raking out joints, sunk / flush pointing in CM 1:3 , scaffolding, forming grooves wherever required, curing, etc., all as per standard specification.

Providing sunk or flush pointing over RR Masonry in CM 1:3 above plinth for compound wall including removing the damaged pointing/growth of vegetation the surface to receive pointing, finishing with float coat of neat cement, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made with 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical tubes, joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., Wherever required for the inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen, etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections and framed work at all lifts comprising Chequered plates, MS angles, other structural steel sections, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint with two component of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions embedding with Cement concrete, if necessary, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: 1) The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works. 2) 100 micron DFT of prime coat shall be applied using Two component High solids Epoxy coating of make Asian Paints PPG (Amerlock 400) or other approved equivalent make and 50 micron DFT of top coat shall be finished using Two components Acrylic Polyurethane coating of make Asian Paints PPG (Sigmadur 550) or other approved equivalent make.

For bridge truss, beam, deck, frames, gussets, guard bar, railings, brackets, and similar works

For deck slab, trench cover etc., using of 6 mm thick or more Chequered plates wherever required.

Providing and fixing anchor fasteners of make Hilti or other approved make in RCC/ brick/RR masonry at all lifts including drilling hole using hammer drilling or diamond core drilling, cleaning the hole using hand pump for blowing out dust, injecting Hilti HIT-RE 500 V4 EPOXY Anchor injection mortar with anchor rod HAS / HAS-U / HIS-N / Rebar may be applied in the required temperature ranges, setting the anchor in position, checking the anchor setting, fixing the steel members with approved thickness of washer and nut, checking the installation, etc., complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M16 x 200 stud anchor with effective anchorage depth of 125mm of make Hilti [HIT-V-R-M16]

Painting all types of metal surface with Two coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including preparation of surfaces, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coats of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying laying and jointing of RCC hume pipes with collars of class NP-2 as per IS specifications including aligning to proper level and line as directed at site, jointing with Cement Mortar 1:2, curing, etc., complete as per specification.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth / Debris by collecting, loading, transporting by mechanical means and unloading them at places as shown by the Department within a lead specified below and levelling, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Exceeding 1 Km but not exceeding 2 Kms

Dismantling Plain cement concrete/Brick bat coba at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same within a lead of 2km etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections for dismantling bridges, trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of span upto 25m in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead..
