b) Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications.
c) Application of repair mortar: Building up with polymer modified cement repair mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 part of cement : 4 parts of sand) and adding admixtures in recommended proportion of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications (minimum 2% by wt. of cement shall be used).

Note:-

iv) This work shall be executed at inaccessible terrace at a height of upto 11m. Aluminium mobile tower scaffolding having double width platform with stairway as directed by EIC shall be provided by the contractor to access the working area during execution of work.
v) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided.
vi) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract.
