Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured separately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for separately.

For Plain Surfaces upto 3.5m height

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made with 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical tubes, joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., Wherever required for the inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen, etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.)

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 25 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 350 Kg per Cu.m) - above FFL and upto floor V

Providing and fixing of Performed Polymer based filler boards for expansion joints in concrete structures of make Supreme of grade Capcell HD100 or other approved equivalent make having density of 100 ± 10 kg/m3 conforming to IS 1838 - Part 3 including cutting, fixing in position with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer specification, finishing the exposed surface with approved sealant, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

20mm thick

Providing and fixing 3mm thick Anodized Aluminium Sheets (15 Micron – Matt finish) of approved pattern / shape of required width covering over expansion joints including fixing with suitable screws, rawl plugs making grooves in masonry / concrete, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 / Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using approved well cured flyash bricks (made as per IS 12894 or latest edition) in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand. (Flyash+crushed stone sand+ lime+ additve/cement with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators) (non modular of class designation 5.0 ) with mortar in the ratio 1:1:4, where 1 part of flyash(IS 3812 or latest), 1 part of cement (IS 269 latest) and 4 parts of fine aggregate(IS 2116 latest), including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick brick work up to floor - V level in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand) for partition walls using well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks of approved quality including supplying and providing 2 Nos. of 6/8mm MS rod at every third layer, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per specifications.

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position of following thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1:2:4 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns including necessary formwork and moulds, mechanical mixing, finishing the exposed surface, curing, fixing at all levels, grouting with CM / Cement grout wherever required, etc., all complete excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing unconditioned existing MS gate (Single leaf) from the Brick pillars without damaging the gate and refixing the same by making pocket holes near the hold fast portion and packing with CC 1:2:4 mix and finishing to the existing surfaces etc., all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 20mm to 25mm thick both side polished cuddapah stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, tumbler slabs etc., including removing the existing wooden tiers, fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cudappah stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone flooring of 20mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat Cement using 20/10mm and below size hard broken stones including laying in panels, cement slurry, consolidation, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and laying Cementitious water proofing treatment system comprising of bond coat, top screed concrete including preparation of surface by chipping/dismantling the existing loose surfaces/ roof tiles with bed mortar, cleaning the surface by washing throughout, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, injection/ grouting the cracks where ever required with cement slurry using suitable water proofing admixtures, applying bond coat, finishing the top with 20mm thick IPS flooring with water proofing admixtures, leak test, curing, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. i) Crack Treatment : Making 'V' groove (upto 6mm depth and 6 mm width) along the surface cracks, cleaning the surface by sprinkling water to remove all the loose particles, dust and filling the cracks with Polymer modified cementitious crack sealer of make FAB Chemical (Mixbuild GP) or Bostik (Crack fill). Mixing ratio, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. ii) Bond coat : Applying Base primer bond coat with of make FAB chemical (Mix Bond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) over the existing surface. Mixing ratio, consumption and application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications. iii) IPS flooring with water proofing admixture : After applying one coat of bond coat (within 30 minutes) while bond coat is in tacky condition, laying of Indian Patent Stone Flooring (IPS) with cement concrete 1:2:4; 20mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones mixed with integral water proofing chemical of make FAB chemicals (MIX BOND AC) or Bostik (HYDROMENT 476) and mixing of fibre reinforcement of approved make as per manufacturer specifications. After completion of surface finishing, control joints (Groove) shall be provided with suitable groovers. Application procedure shall be as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- i) Cost of dismantling the existing tiles and bed concrete, grouting the cracks if any required will be paid separately under relevant item. ii) This treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment, authorized trained applicator should be used and certificate should be submitted before commence the work. iii) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided. iv) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract. Cementitious water proofing system with 20mm thick IPS flooring

Providing and laying 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Ceramic floor tiles (Glazed or Anti-skid) of size 300 x 300 mm or more confirming to IS : 15622 of KAJARIA (Approved concept of Digital Series) or SOMANY (Digital Series - Glasstra) or JOHNSON (Approved concept of Satin & Rustic / Glossy series) or other approved make in all colours, shades in Floors laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per Sq.m or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., all complete as per specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 12mm thick for brickwork for internal faces, finished smooth with including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer - in -charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 20mm thick for brickwork for external faces, finished smooth with including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer - in -charge.

Repairs to internal/ external plastering over brick work/ concrete at all locations and all lifts using Polymer modified cement repair mortar including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work, scaffolding etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)  Surface Preparation: Preparing the wall surface by chipping of unsound/ weak /loose plaster surface mortar with manual Chisel and/ or by mechanical means at all lifts including cutting/trimming of edges to provide firm vertical faces, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed surface to make surface dust free, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead. b)  Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. c)  Application of repair mortar: Building up with polymer modified cement repair mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 part of cement : 4 parts of sand) and adding admixtures in recommended proportion of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications (minimum 2% by wt. of cement shall be used).

Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound, providing Glass fibre mesh, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3, 20mm thick including supplying and mixing approved water proofing compound at the rate of 2 % (two percent) by weight of cement and finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris within 2 Km lead etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Chipping of unsound/weak reinforced cement concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type of approved make at all lifts including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Chipping the RCC alround the steel reinforcement with average 25mm gap (but not less than 15mm clear air gap) included chipping the concrete with sharp tools, without damaging the reinforcement, cleaning the concrete surface as well as reinforcement to facilitate application of anti corrosive treatment etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Providing anti corrosive treatment to steel reinforcement by removing the rust from corroded reinforcement and applying anti-corrosive chemicals as details below including cleaning of reinforcement from rust to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover with paint brush, removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush, thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, applying anticorrosive coating, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. a) Rust removal: - Removing the loose rusted particle thoroughly from the corroded reinforcement by light tapping, wire brushing and using emery paper. Applying rust converter of make Dominator plus or Bostik (Bostokleen) or FAB Chemical (Mixcoat RP). b) Anticorrosive coating: - Application of anticorrosive coating (corrosion inhibitor) of make MC Bauchemie (Zentrifix KMH) or FAB Chemical (Mixcoat ZR) or Bostik (Bostik ZRP) or Ultratech (Bindcrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications.

Providing and fixing of 10mm dia shear connectors/ steel reinforcement in reinforced or plain cement concrete by drilling 12mm dia holes at 1mtr c/c or as specified with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 75mm and upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars/ shear connectors including drilling holes, fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and fixing of steel reinforcement anchoring in existing cement concrete structure by drilling required holes at required spacing as specified with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars including drilling holes, fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: The cost of steel reinforcement will be paid for seperately under relevant item)

Providing and laying Polymer modified self compacting micro concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc at all locations and all lifts using self compacting micro concrete of make Ultratech (Microcrete) or FAB Chemicals (Mixbuild MC) or BASF (MasterEmacoS346) having minimum characteristic compressive strength including preparing the dismantled concrete surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, treating the exposed steel reinforcement using approved chemicals, providing additional reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, providing form work, preparation of micro concrete, filling with self compacting micro concrete in layers, curing, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1) Cost of additional reinforcement, shear keys, form work and anticorrosive treatment will be paid for separately under relevant item. 2) Payment will be made for actual consumption of dry micro concrete.

Propping and supporting the structural members and its adjoining areas with steel props (adjustable or as required), bracings, steel/timber runners etc to relieve the structural member of the required load coming over it as per the pattern given by the contractor & approved by Engineer-in-charge complete. (Note: The number of props/ supports shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of supports)

Providing and fixing PVC nozzle for grouting by drilling/chipping the concrete surface including removing weathering course/tiles if required, fixing the nozzle, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Arresting of roof leakages by pressure grouting with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound including cost of material, grouting with pump and finishing to match with the surface after grouting at all elevations and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting all internal faces of ceiling with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster / plain plaster with Two Coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of makeAsian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing).

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Painting for wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over a coat of primer over new wood work suitably prepared for receiving the primer and paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Painting for window grills/ shutters/ gates with One coat of anti-corrosive paint of approved make and colour over of red oxide zinc chromate primer over old steel work suitably prepared for receiving the primer and paint by scraping, rubbing, etc., as per specifications.

Numbering the houses by writing letters/ numbers/ symbols with enamel (Marker) paint of approved colour on the face of the wall/ Display Boards using templates and stencil cutting, including base painting, cost of materials, labours, scaffolding, applying wall care putty wherever required to making surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

75mm size letters of approved font - maximum three digit letters in each.

Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P using CM 1:3 etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design / shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing factory made approved PVC solid door frame and panelled PVC door shutter with furniture fittings as detailed below as per specification and as directed. i) DOOR Frame The door frame shall be of factory made accucel PVC foam profile solid of size 60x30mm with suitable rebate for shutters (Profile FP-6030). The joints shall be made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwik / solvent as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ii) DOOR Shutter :- The door shutter shall be of 28mm thick factory made accucel panelled door using solid PVC frame profile with integral FP-7114 as frame and 3mm thick H.P.L (high pressure compact laminated) as in fill, including the shutter frame shall be reinforced with 39 x 19 x 0.6mm thick GI - C stiffner alround in between FP - 7114, providing telescopic polymeric L corner at four corners, providing 75 x 38 x 18mm Zinc coated MS - C clamp at lock rail joint, providing FP - 1208 beading alround the HPL infill, the joints shall be made by SP 5 epoxy seal and fevikwick, etc., as per manufacturer specification. iii) FITTINGS - The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings. a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised aluminium D handle of make CLASSIC or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Note: 1) All furniture fittings shall be of approved quality and make. 2) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of frames with fisher screw and shutter with required hardware fittings as detailed above.

Supplying and fixing in position single leaf/double leaves of the following sizes of ISI marked non decorative type factory made flush door shutters having solid hardwood block board core with commercial facing on both sides, internal teakwood lipping (Internal lipping shall have a total depth of not less than 25mm) using second class teak wood on all four sides, phenol bonded, hot pressed, conforming to IS: 2202 latest edition, of various sizes with necessary test certificate as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) Cost of Door frame shall be paid for separately under relevant item. 2) The width of the frame including lipping shall not be less than 45mm and not more than 75mm.

Supplying, Manufacturing and Fixing Second class Teakwood frames and architraves for frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, cupboards, and other frames made out of 50mm thick and below of approved second class teakwood of required sizes fixed including cutting, planking, jointing, making necessary rebate / grooves for fixing door shutter, fixing in masonry with required nos. of 40x5mm flat iron MS holdfasts 200mm long and embedding in cement concrete 1:3:6 or fixed in concrete with necessary screws / fasteners as directed for various sizes of structural openings including applying anti-termite chemical over the surface in contact with masonry / concrete, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: Rate shall be inclusive of providing required holdfasts, embedded in cement concrete, applying chemical and fixing.]

Applying anti-termite chemical for new wooden frames of windows / doors/ ventilators by spraying or brushing with two coats of Dursphan / Durmat or other approved equivalent make of anti-termite chemical at the ratio of 1:19 [one part of chemical and 19 parts of kerosene] over the wood and contact masonry surface, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Note: i) Main runner shall be spaced at 1200mm centre securely fixed to the structural soffit using approved suspension system at maximum spacing of 1200mm and not more than 150mm from the spliced joint. The first and last suspension shall not be greater than 600mm from adjacent wall. ii) 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runner at 600mm centre to form 1200x600mm module and 600x600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees in burds mouth notches. Perimeter trim using wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centers. iii) The suspension system accessories of make Armstrong or other approved make consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanized steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a GI coating of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia 2.65 mm of 1.8 m length with GI coating of 80gsm along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick and galvanized spring steel for 2.68 mm. The adjustable clip shall also consists of 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner. iv) The work shall be executed with skilled manpower as per manufacturers specification.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Providing and fixing cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel profile sheets for roofing and cladding using sheet of 0.47mm base thickness 550Mpa yield stress (ASTM A792m) with coating class AZM 150 (minimum 150 gram/Sq.m total mass zinc aluminium coating of both sides as per relevant standards) of make JSW / Bhushan / TATA to suit a purlins spacing of 1.5 mts c/c including the cost of providing ridge gutter edge profiles, cost of making crimps for curved surface, fixing over purlins, making etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) The sample of Galvalume steel sheet shall be got approved by the Engineer-in- charge before making bulk order. 2) The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 mm X 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing M10 expansion anchor fasteners of make Hilti or other approved make in RCC/ brick masonry at all lifts including drilling hole using hammer drilling or diamond core drilling, cleaning the hole using hand pump for blowing out dust, setting the anchor in position, checking the anchor setting, fixing the steel members with approved thickness of washer and nut, checking the installation, etc., complete all as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 150mm Square PTMT gratings of "Prayag" or approved equivalent make over the rain water pipes fixing in CM 1:3 as per specifications.

Attending repairs to CP brass fittings such as bib cock, stop cock, pillar cock, push cock, gate valve etc., including removing the fittings without interrupting the water supply, servicing the fittings by replacing the wornout washer if any, refixing the same, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth / Debris by collecting, loading, transporting by mechanical means and unloading them at places as shown by the Department within a lead specified below and levelling, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Plain cement concrete/Brick bat coba at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all lifts including clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 100 metres all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for removing the existing PVC Flooring at all lifts including clearing and depositing all debris with in a distance of 100 meters, removable PVC material in good condition shall be handed over to Civil maintenance section, Anupuram, etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbetos sheets roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 1Km lead.

Labour charges for removing the existing door shutters over the frames in position with all required furniture fittings including removing the old shutter from the frames, required screws/nails and returning them to maintenance stores etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for taking out following wornout CP brass fittings from existing pipe line including retrieving the fittings, returning the wornout fittings to GSO civil maintenance stores etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
