Erection & de-erection of scaffolding, providing temporary supports for pipe line and equipment , removal of insulation , spring hanger, “U” clamp/supports etc… from the location, dismantling ,cleaning of all parts, inspection , checking of spring deflection with the help of rig, rectification of minor defects like threading , fabrication of supports, like shoe/ saddle supports /u clamps, welding etc…/replacement of highly defective, tie rods which are beyond repairable condition , assembling & fixing of spring hangers with SMC sheets in position , adjusting the supports to correct load , removal of temporary supports followed by cleaning & painting of spring hangers with one coat of red oxide and two coats of chloro rubber paint for the spring hangers located up to 53 MEL of the plant. Supply of SMC sheet and all consumables are in the scope of the contractor. Job to be taken as per the instruction of Engineer In charge of the work.

Repair of main plant structures from 0-53 MEL using spare plate / beam / channels/Angles/ from 150 mm to 600 mm section including Scaffolding erection, DA , O2,cutting wheel, buffing wheel,welding electrode and all consumables including valves of the size of line. Erection and de-erection of scaffolding wherever required to complete the job shall be done

Supply of structral steel of various cross sections, ms paltes, chequer plates, ISMB. ISMC,ISA from 100 MM section to 300 mm. confirming to IS:2062, IS:808
