Treatment of Secondary treated water by collecting the same in the sump and feeding the UF Skid via polypropylene Bag filters involving the various sequences of operation including backwashing, maintenance of UF membrane by operating the CIP pump periodically and further sterilising the UF premeate in Ozonator with the maintenance of all Mechanical & Instrumentation equipment installed in the plant including all valves/meters, online monitoring system in PLC/HMI and all automatic controlled system, rectifying the leakage/repair if any, recording the inlet and outlet water parameters etc., all complete as per approved process flow diagram/ specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) The plant shall be operated and maintained in all days of the year (Two shifts per day i.e. 6.00 AM to 2.00 PM & 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM) including holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 2) Supply of required chemicals like sodium hypochlorite, consumbles, bag fliters shall be in the scope of contractor. 3) Cleaning of polypropylene Bag shall be in the scope of contractor. 4) Per day output shall be in the range of 200 Cu.m to 250 Cu.m. (for Min. 330 days in a year), failing which penalty will be applicable.

Replacing of Hollow Fiber Filter type Ultra Filtration filter of Molecular weight Cutoff 100 kDa with pressure not exceeding 3 Kg/cm2 capable of removing the pretreated effluent biomass, turbidity causing particles, suspended solids, bacteria, colloidal matters, etc., of make Toray or equivalent make including installation over skid with suitable support system, interconnecting the system with suitable dia PVC/CPVC pipes, initial testing/commissioning, etc., all complete as per detailed specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collection of samples and testing the clarified sample and tertiary treated sample in any authorised government agencies monthly once and recording the same all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
