Carrying out Maintenance works of water supply pumps, valves, foot valves, gear boxes, blowers and other mechanical equipments in Water treatment plant, Main pump houses, Tower block pump houses, Openwell pump houses, Bore well pump houses located at the Kalpakkm township area and pump house at plant site maingate, daily and as and when required. The work includes preventive maintenance of the equipment as per schedule and breakdown maintenance including equipment removing, transporting, complete servicing and refixing in the location etc., all complete as per detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. System: Water supply pump houses & WTP 1 Operation per day X 313 Days = 313 Operations Note: 1. Rate shall be quoted for each operation for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours per operation per day. 2.Tenderer shall note that one operation involves one or more or all activites of description mentioned above for a net duration of Eight hours in a day. 3. Work shall be carried out as per detailed scope of work. 4. Contractor shall engage one Skilled labour for each operation. 5. Required spares & consumable items will be supplied by Department at free of cost as and when required.

Carrying out Maintenance works of sewage handling pumps, valves, gear boxes and other mechanical equipments in Sewage treatment plants (STP) and Lift stations(LS) located at the Kalpakkam township area daily and as and when required. The work includes preventive maintenance of the equipment as per schedule and breakdown maintenance including equipment removing, transporting, complete servicing and refixing in the location etc., all complete as per detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. System 1: Sewage Treatment Plants (Unit 1, Unit 2 & Unit 3) System 2: Lift Stations (LS1, LS2, LS3 & LS4) 2 Operations per day X 313 Days = 626 Operations Note: 1. Rate shall be quoted for each operation for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours per operation per day. 2.Tenderer shall note that one operation involves one or more or all activites of description mentioned above for a net duration of Eight hours in a day. 3. Carrying out Minor fabrication works using retrieved structural steel materials available with department, repair of pipe lines and pump casings by performing welding, cutting, grinding, forming and machining in various pump houses, sewage treatment plants, lift stations located at the Kalpakkam township area and other mechanical maintenance activites in Kalpakkam township, all complete as per detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 1 Operation per day X 313 Days = 313 Operations.
