Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. (Note : Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured seperately for payment).

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc. as per drawings and specifications. (Note :The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items.)

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 / Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, welding of reinforcement to existing steel reinforcement/ shear connectors, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position of following thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns including necessary formwork and moulds, mechanical mixing, finishing the exposed surface, curing, fixing at all levels, grouting with CM / Cement grout wherever required, etc., all complete excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak reinforced cement concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type of approved make at all lifts including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing anti corrosive treatment to steel reinforcement by removing the rust from corroded reinforcement and applying anti-corrosive chemicals as per specification including cleaning of reinforcement from rust to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover with paint brush, removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush, thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, applying anticorrosive coating, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 10mm dia shear connectors/ steel reinforcement in reinforced or plain cement concrete by drilling 12mm dia holes at 1mtr c/c or as specified with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 75mm and upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars/ shear connectors including drilling holes, fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : The cost of steel reinforcement will be paid for separately under relevant item)

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings

Providing and constructing 110mm thick brick work for partition/kerb walls in cement mortar 1:4 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings

Providing and constructing 110mm thick Compound wall in brickwork in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand) using using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition of approved quality at roof level, consisting of 110mm thick brick work, 230 x 230mm size brick pillars at every 3 meters intervals and at junctions, corners, etc., brick on edge layer at bottom and top as coping including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints, etc.,all complete as per specifications and drawings.

Plastering the exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Polymer modified self compacting micro concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc at all locations and all lifts using self compacting micro concrete of make Ultratech (Microcrete) or FAB Chemicals (Mixbuild MC) or BASF (MasterEmacoS346) or CERA (Microconcrete) having minimum characteristic compressive strength including preparing the dismantled concrete surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, treating the exposed steel reinforcement using approved chemicals, providing additional reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, providing form work, preparation of micro concrete, adding coarse aggregate if required, filling with self compacting micro concrete in layers, curing, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1) Cost of additional reinforcement, shear keys, form work and anticorrosive treatment will be paid for separately under relevant item. 2) Payment will be made for actual consumption of dry micro concrete. 3) Payment will be made after proper wet curing and satisfactorily evaluating the surface by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations and all lifts using SBR Polymer modified plain/ reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness including preparing the dismantled concrete surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, treating the exposed steel reinforcement using approved chemicals, providing additional reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified concrete repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Cost of additional reinforcement, shear keys, form work and anticorrosive treatment will be paid for separately under relevant item)

Repairs to internal/ external plastering over brick work/ concrete at all locations and all lifts using Polymer modified cement repair mortar including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling/plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound, applying SBR based bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, disposing the debris at suitable places within 2Km lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound of make MC Bauchemie (MC Crackfill) or other approved make, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement over the area, applying SBR based bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, disposing the debris at suitable places within 2Km lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cementitious water proofing treatment system comprising of bond coat, top screed concrete including preparation of surface by chipping/dismantling the existing loose surfaces/ roof tiles with bed mortar, cleaning the surface by washing throughout, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, injection/ grouting the cracks where ever required with cement slurry using suitable water proofing admixtures, applying bond coat, finishing the top with 20mm thick IPS flooring with water proofing admixtures, leak test, curing, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- i) Cost of dismantling the existing tiles and bed concrete, grouting the cracks if any required will be paid separately under relevant item. ii) This treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment, authorized trained applicator should be used and certificate should be submitted before commence the work. iii) This work shall be executed at inaccessible terrace at a height of upto 11m. Aluminium mobile tower scaffolding having double width platform with stairway as directed by EIC shall be provided by the contractor to access the working area during execution of work. iv) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided. v) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract.

Providing and laying High performance acrylic elastomeric water proofing treatment system including preparation of surface by cleaning the surface by washing thoroughly by mechanical and manual means, making surface free from dirt/oil/other materials, removal of loose/ cracked mortar joints of weathering tiles, filling the cracks using approved crack fillers, filling/injection/ grouting the cracks/joints where ever required with polymer modified cement mortar using admixtures, loose tiles shall be fixed firmly, applying bond coat, applying second coat of two component highly flexible cementious water proofing coat, applying third and fourth coat of high performance acrylic elastomeric coating, leak test, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- i) Cost for fixing new tiles if any required will be paid for separately under relevant item. ii) Cost for grouting the cracks if any required will be paid for separately under relevant item. iii) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of waterproofing treatment. iv) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the workmanship and the materials provided. v) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract.

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with One coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster / plain plaster with Two Coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Weather coat smooth) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing. 2) The contractor should give warranty for the finishes for a period not less than 5 years as specified in tender conditions from the date of completion of the work. 3) Guarantee bond for 5 years period in the approved format has to be submitted by the contractor. 4) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract.

Providing Terracotta Painting over Honey comb wall / Roof tiles / facia tiles at all heights with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade and colour including cleaning, preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications. Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing. 2) The contractor should give warranty for the finishes for a period not less than 5 years as specified in tender conditions from the date of completion of the work. 3) Guarantee bond for 5 years period in the approved format has to be submitted by the contractor. 4) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract.

Painting for window grills/ shutters/ gates with Two coat of anti-corrosive paint of approved make and colour over of red oxide zinc chromate primer over old steel work suitably prepared for receiving the primer and paint by scraping, rubbing, etc., as per specifications.

Painting the existing doors, windows, grills, pipe line and rolling shutter etc., with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make including preparing the surface for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Numbering the houses by writing letters/ numbers/ symbols with enamel (Marker) paint of approved colour on the face of the wall/ Display Boards using templates and stencil cutting, including base painting, cost of materials, labours, scaffolding, applying wall care putty wherever required to making surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing 25mm nominal bore PTMT ball cock (LP/HP) with epoxy coated aluminium rod with HD ball of make "PRAYAG" or other approved equivalent make with all accessories in over head water tanks.

Providing and fixing the following internal dia. threaded GI pipe sleeve of medium quality not exceeding in length of 500mm welded with 150 x 150 x 6mm MS plate with one coat of red oxide primer including fixing in formwork, embedded in water tank side wall, etc., all complete.

Refixing the following sizes of existing CPVC / GI pipe line which have come out from its original position due to decay of teak wood plug/packing piece, rusted GI clamps including threading the existing GI pipe if necessary and fixing with new specials if required, providing new Teak wood plug/packing piece, fixing with new GI clamp with necessary screws, painting a coat of synthetic enamel paint etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Refixing of 110mm dia. Making temporary pipe line connection using CPVC/Composite pipes for shifting of existing water supply pumping and delivery pipe line to carry out repair works at OHT and restoring to its original condition after repair with out interrupting the regular water supply including diverting the existing water supply line to temporary storage tanks by cutting the main line, providing required specials, restoring the inlet and outlet connections to its original condition, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : Cost of pipes and valves will be paid for seperately under relevant item.)

Replacing the damaged CI soil waste pipe by supplying, laying and fixing of PVC pipe lines laid, embedded under floor slab and fixed to walls wherever required using SWR uPVC pipes - Type B (suitable for soil and waste discharge system having wall thickness of minimum 3.2 to maximum 3.8mm) conforming to IS:13592 - latest edition with ISI mark of approved make and PVC pasting type or Ring type specials such as door bends, door tees and cowls etc., heavy quality for soil waste or vent or antisyphonage PVC pipe including removing the damaged CI pipe, chipping/removing the embedded pipe if any, fixing the new PVC pipe with suitable clamps over Teak Wood packing pieces, restoring the same to its original condition, disposal of debris within a initial lead, stacking of retrieved CI pipes at GSO stores etc., all complete as per specification and by the Engineer-in-charge.
