The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (3 works x minimum value of Rs. 113.62 Lakhs, excluding GST) - Or, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (2 works x minimum value of Rs. 142.02 Lakhs, excluding GST) - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (1 work x minimum value of Rs. 227.24 Lakhs, excluding GST) The bidder should have successfully completed similar building works during the last five years ending August 31st, 2024. The completion certificates obtained from the client or department should be enclosed for the similar works completed. For technical staff, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience or equivalent - Foreman/Supervisor: 3 years of experience or equivalent The bidder is also required to provide information on their present activities and completed works during the last 5 years.
