The bidder should have experience in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years. The value of this work is 80% of the package value, which is Rs. 272.12 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, which is 150% of the package value, amounting to Rs. 510.23 Lakhs, in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 80% of the package value, which is Rs. 272.12 Lakhs, and this should be at least 80% of the value of the work they are bidding for. The percentage is 80%. The bidder is required to provide information on their present activities and completed works during the last 5 years, including construction cost of the project, percentage of work completed, and type and amount of portion sublet by the bidder. The bidder must also provide financial statements for the last three years and their total annual turnover for the last five financial years.
