The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the tender value. The experience required is as follows: 1. Upto 2 Crore: One B.E Degree holder (or) One Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works 2. Above 2 Crore upto 10crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and One Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works 3. Above 10 Crore upto 50crore: One B.E Degree holder in Civil Engineering with One year experience in similar works and Two Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with Five years experience in similar works. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 50% of the work value, which is Rs.111.00 lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the tender value, which is Rs.124.50 lakh, and should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 10% of the value put to tender, which is Rs.23.00 lakh. The bidder should have executed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years.
