The bidder should have experience in executing works similar to the one being bid on, specifically in civil engineering works such as Storm water drain works, Canal works, and Pond works. They should have executed at least one work not less than 80% of the value put in tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years ending 31.12.2024 in State Government Department / Undertaking / Local Bodies. The 80% of the Work Value is Rs.383.35 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid, which is Rs.718.79 Lakhs, in at least any two financial years in the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the financial year 2023-2024 at the rate of 5% per year. The bidder should also have experience in civil engineering works, with details and particulars of such works to be furnished in the relevant formats attached. The required prior work experience includes having executed works with a value that can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 1.5 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments on ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited. The value of the works executed and Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% each per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2023-24. The weightage is as follows: 2023-24: 1X value of works executed / Financial Turnover 2022-23: 1.10 X value of works executed / Financial Turnover 2021-22: 1.21X value of works executed / Financial Turnover 2020-21: 1.33 X value of works executed / Financial Turnover 2019-20: 1.46 X value of works executed / Financial Turnover The percentage of similar works completed is 80% of the package value, which is Rs.383.35 Lakhs.
