The bidder should have successfully completed similar building works during the last five years. The applications are invited should be either of the following:
a) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 128.71 Lakhs each, excluding GST.
b) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 160.89 Lakhs each, excluding GST.
c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, with a minimum value of Rs. 257.43 Lakhs, excluding GST.
Similar nature of works means Construction of Buildings and its maintenance. Completion certificate/Performance certificate obtained from the respective department should be enclosed.
