Painting the OLD plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris, putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Paving the flooring with first quality plain CERAMIC TILES of all colours of size 305mmx305mmx6mm set in C.M.1:3,(one part of cement and three parts of crushed stone sand )12mm thick including pointing with white cement,labour,materials ,etc (Relevant ISI.std) (the crushed stone sand to be used in base mortar shall conform to gradation as per IS 1542-1977)

Solid panel PVC door with frame and door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq..tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30 mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.including labour charges etc., complete.as per ISI standard.

Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flange of 15mm each from the sofit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to sofit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. ceiling section 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lops of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 610mm centres. 12.5mm

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinfor cement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm.
