Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Ribbed tor steel (RTS) for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire (18 G) in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification (contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement for RCC column footings pintol blocks plinth beam staircase steps critical steps critical piers etc. using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver Oak (country wood) joistsof size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cmcentre to centre etc. complete..

Brick work using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" X 4-3/8" X 2-3/4" in cement mortor 1:6 for foundation and basement including curing etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 river sand)12mm thick including curing etc. complete.

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years..

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Supplying and erecting HDPE plastic vertical cylindrical 1000 Litre water storage tank strickly adhering ISI standard as per ISI Mark 12701 (Latest revision) including all taxes and freight charges within Corpn.City Limit.

Supplying and Jointing 20mm dia PVC pipe.including cutting threading and jointing with necessary specials fixing to wall with clamps and screws including making holes in the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the wall or roof after fixing with necessary scaffolding etc. complete..

For making and fixing M.S.Sheet Door of required size with two shutter using necessary M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm/40x40x6mm "L" Angles as diagonal Bracings 4Nos. for each shutter and centre Bracings for 1No.for each shutter.
