Providing and laying Granular Sub-Base (GSB) layer of 200 m.m. compacted thickness on the prepared Sub-Grade with approved coarse Graded material of minimum CBR Value 30 grading confirming to Table 400-1/400-2 Grading 1 of MORTHRevision- IV, including screening, spreading in uniform ;layer with motor; grader, watering and premixing at ;optimum moisture content, compacting with power and vibratory roller of 80 to 100 KN static weight to not less than 98% of the maximum laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 (Part 8) and fine dressing to required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including obtaining and transporting all materials from approved Quarry Site to Work site with all lifts and lead by Mechanical Transport head load or any other mode of transportation including labour, tools, equipment, safety measures testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per MORTH specification clause 401 and as; directed by Engineer..

Providing laying, Spreading and compacting Graded Stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material (0.396 Cu.m of 45 22.4mm Metal, 0.528 Cu.m of 22.4 2.36mm Metal, 0.396 Cu.m of 2.36 mm Size and below) with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix Plant Carriage and transporting the mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete as per clause 406 of MoRT and H Specifications.(COMPACTION BY VIBRO MAX ROLLER IS A MUST)

Providing Prime Coat 7Kg/10 m2 with Bitumen Emulsion (slow setting) including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Prime Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete over wet Mix Macadam as per clause 502 of MORT and H specifications.

Providing Tack Coat 2.0 kg/10 m2 with Bitumen Emulsion (Rapid Setting - 1) including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete over primed surface as per clause 503 of MoRT and H Specifications.

Providing and laying Tackcoat over the existing bituminous surface using 2.0 kgs of bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting 1) per 10 Sq.m area including cost of bitumen at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface, and applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MoRT and H Specifications

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadamusing 0.20 Cu.m of 26.50 to 13.20 metal, 0.43 Cu.m of 13.20 to 2.36 mm and 0.08 Cu.m of 2.36 mm and below size IRC metal with 37 kgs of VG30 (60/70 grade) bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including costand conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen andaggregate to required temperature and mixing them in requiredtemperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying themix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniformthickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades andcross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to therequired density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP withbitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher, vibratory roller and allother tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidentalcharges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause504 of MORTH Rev-5

Providingand laying Bituminous Concrete30mm thick using 19 – 9.50 mm metal, 9.5-2.36 mm Metal, 2.36 mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and Quarry Dust with 37.73 kg of VG30 (60/70grade) bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying themix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tone vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc. m including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm thick using 0.13Cu.m of 19.00-9.50mm,0.17 Cu.m of 9.5-2.36 mm Metal, and 0.26 Cu.m of 2.36 mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and0.012 Cu.m of Quarry Dust with 50.3 kg of VG30 (60/70 grade)bitumen for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of allmaterials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to requiredtemperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mixplant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with 9m paverfinisher to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidatedaby 8-10 tone Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., includinglabour for attending to paver to site etc.m including hire charges andfuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,9m paver finisher, Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., completeas per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

The sign template shall be as per IRC 67 2012 standards and approved by engineer-in-charge. 10 years Warranty Certificate for Type XI retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 & 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 including 3 years outdoor weather exposure report for the retro reflective sheeting shall be obtained from the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge.
