The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the value of the work. 1. For works valued up to 2 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E degree holder (or) one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. 2. For works valued above 2 Crore up to 10 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E degree holder in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and one Diploma holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. 3. For works valued above 10 Crore up to 50 Crore, the bidder should have one B.E degree holder in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and two Diploma holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works. The bidder should have executed at least one work not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years, with 50% of the work value being Rs. 222.00 lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an annual turnover of not less than 75% of the package value in any one of the preceding five years, which is Rs. 333.00 lakhs, representing 75% of the work value. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 10% of the value put to tender, which is Rs. 45.00 lakh, and liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities to carry out the work should not be less than Rs. 444.00 lakh.
