The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 1.5 - B) Where A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited, B = Value, at the current price level, of existing commitments on on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited. The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid is as follows: 1. 80% of the Package value: Rs. 405.14 Lakhs Formula: 80% of the Package value 2. 1.5 times of the Package value: Rs. 759.63 Lakhs Formula: 1.5 times the value of the project being bided, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed 3. 50% of the Package value: Rs. 253.21 Lakhs Formula: 50% of the total value of the project for which the bid is being submitted, after deducting the Bidder's existing commitments The required bid capacity includes: - A minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 759.63 Lakhs in civil engineering construction work. - Access to or availability of financial resources of at least Rs. 253.21 Lakhs to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements. - Experience in executing a project worth at least Rs. 324.11 Lakhs in one of the last five years.
