The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Specific Construction & Contract Management experience: - Minimum one contract with a value of at least INR 4.82 Crore (including GST) - Minimum two contracts with a value of at least INR 3.01 Crore each (including GST) - Minimum three contracts with a value of at least INR 2.41 Crore each (including GST) - Substantial completion is based on 80% or more works completed under the contract. 2. Average Annual Construction Turnover: - Minimum average annual turnover of INR 9.02 Crore, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last five financial years. 3. General Construction Experience: - Experience under construction contracts such as those pertaining to setting up of infrastructure facilities in the role of prime contractor for at least the last five years, starting 1st January 2019. 4. Specific Experience in managing ES aspects: - Experience in managing ES risks and impacts for the contracts substantially completed and under implementation as prime contractor between 1st January 2019 and bid submission deadline. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 80% or more works completed under the contract for substantial completion. - 5 years for general construction experience and specific construction and contract management experience. - The bidder's share, by value, for contracts under which the bidder participated as a joint venture member or sub-contractor, should be considered to meet the requirement. - INR 1.80 crore for the subject contract(s) net of the Bidder’s other Commitments. - INR 9.02 Crore as the minimum average annual construction turnover. - INR 4.82 Crore, INR 3.01 Crore, and INR 2.41 Crore as the minimum contract values for specific construction and contract management experience.
